Clean Steam Generators
Clean Steam Generators are designed to provide Clean or Pure Steam at your point of use or as a central source. They are often used as an integral steam generator for a steam sterilizer when a central source of pure or clean steam is not available. When fed with Water-for-Injection, the unit will produce pyrogen-free quality pure steam; USP purified feed water produces clean steam of the same quality.
Sterilco Clean Steam Generators can be heated by plant steam or combined with an integrated electrically-heated boiler when plant steam is not available.

Pure Steam Generator
Pharmatec Pure Steam Generators utilize an efficient evaporation column identical to the Pharmatec Multiple-Effect Water Still, thereby providing the highest quality Pure Steam. When condensed, the pure steam exceeds the requirements of the latest US Pharmacopoeia for Water-for-Injection. Each unit is produced to comply with the US FDA’s current Good Manufacturing Practices and is manufactured in accordance to ISO 9001 quality standards.
